Farming Like Grandad

Farming Like Grandad has been an annual event, held last week of January, since 2018. Each event attracts exhibits of craft, shearing, milking, horse ploughing, saw milling, old cars and old machinery, and some of the new. Each year some feild activity is showcased, often depending on the machinery that turn up for the day. Hay making, from mowing to baling and stacking is often exhibited, as is often carried out at the time of year the event is held. The last few years also featured some modern equipment. The new dwarfs the old and gets a similar job done much faster.
